This data is used solely to process and reply to your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, together with the publisher's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Recipients
Messages are received and handled exclusively by Vincent Sudres. They pass through the email service hosted by OVH SAS (France), acting as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period
- Messages received: 3 years from the last contact.
- IP addresses used for anti-spam rate limiting: 1 hour.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@vs-it.eu. You will receive a reply within one month.
